www.DAZN-yoursite.com, www.DAZN-yoursite.com or http://DAZN.sports-offers.com are prohibited
DAZN trademarks are NOT to be used in the title or body copy of Search Engine ads. For example –

Publishers are NOT allowed to bid on the DAZN company name and/or trademarks. This includes misspellings, brand and generic terms (e.g. DAZN streaming), the DAZN URL including variations as well as all trademarks.
A full list of restricted keywords is available upon request. All restricted terms must be added as negative keywords in all Publisher PPC campaigns for DAZN.
2. CREATIVE AND CONTENT POLICY
· Affiliate may use (in accordance with the Terms) only the logos, trademarks, service marks, banners, text links, coupon codes (creative) that are provided by DAZN and/or attached to this campaign. Creative is to be used solely for the purpose of advertising content. Affiliate shall not use the creative in connection with any activity that disparages DAZN, or its products or services, or that damages the reputation for quality inherent in the same. The use of creative that is posted on other sites, found in other emails or other sources, manipulated in any way or derived from any means besides the campaign is not permitted.
· Affiliate shall immediately cease using DAZN’s, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, proprietary technology and any creative upon the termination or expiration of the Terms or, if earlier, its participation in the DAZN advertising programme.
3. DISPLAY POLICY
Any Publishers specializing in purchasing display inventory to drive traffic to the DAZN website must seek DAZN’s prior written consent before commencing any such activity.
4. SOFTWARE AND TECHNOLOGY POLICY
Use of any technology deemed by the DAZN Affiliate Management Team to fall outside the realms of a standard affiliate programme is NOT permitted without the prior written consent of DAZN.
This includes, but is not limited to, any use of toolbars, retargeting technology, browser enhancements and basket abandonment among others.
If in doubt, the affiliate in question should contact DAZN for clarification.
5. VOUCHER POLICY
Any use of voucher or coupon codes in relation to DAZN by Publisher is subject to the prior written consent of DAZN.
DAZN reserves the right to withhold commission payments to Publisher if a non-sanctioned voucher is promoted by Publisher pursuant to the DAZN advertising programme.
6. INCENTIVE SITE POLICY
DAZN does not accept incentivised traffic unless written consent has been provided by DAZN (e.g. cash back, points or other rewards for becoming a customer) and any conversions from incentivised traffic sources will be rejected if approval has not been so provided.
Publisher’s may only promote DAZN’s standard offering in all communications unless agreed otherwise in writing by DAZN.
7. EMAIL POLICY
Publisher must not send any form of unsolicited email which references DAZN or the DAZN advertising programme.
Any Publisher wishing to carry out email activity to promote DAZN via the DAZN affiliate programme must contact DAZN to discuss prior to commencing any activity. All email communications forming part of the DAZN affiliate programme will be subject to DAZN’s prior written consent and approval.
8. SITE USE POLICY
Publisher must provide to DAZN a list containing every website on which the Publisher intends to promote DAZN during the DAZN advertising programme set-up process.
If Publisher wishes to promote DAZN on any additional websites, Publisher must request permission from DAZN prior to any promotional activity taking place.
