All publishers must designate (i.e. send a list) where they wish to publish our tracking links, creatives, videos, and banners. This is a prerequisite to be part of the programme.This list should include links with all message boards, blogs, chat rooms, instant messages services (including mobile version of social message apps: WhatsApp, Facebook messenger, Viber, Telegram, Hangouts, Skype, Slack, QQ, VK, OK, WeChat, and other similar services).
A publisher is not allowed amend any links, url address, or other
TransferGo creative.
The publisher should collects and
processes any personal data relating to Prospects in compliance with all
applicable Data Protection Laws, including (where relevant) obtaining all
necessary permissions from the data subjects to whom the personal data relates
to allow TransferGo to lawfully store, transfer and process such personal data
and to send email or other communications to all Customers.
